Basic Qualifications of Applicants 

The age of applicants for Chinese language study programs should be within 18 to 60,with a good physical condition. For applicants under 18 years old, they will be accepted only under the condition that the applicants have guardian in Shaanxi Province. 

 

Application procedures 

1. Download and fill out “Ankang University International Students Application Form”, and submit all the documents required in this form. 

2. After all the documents prepared, send in via the official email address gjc@aku.edu.cn  or akugjc@126.com. Applicants could also mail or fax the documents to International Office (IO) of AKU (Add: International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Ankang University, 92 Yucai Road, Hanbin District, Ankang City, Shaanxi, China. Postcode: 725000 Tel & Fax : 00869153288082)

3. The international office will send Admission Notice, along with the JW202 (Visa Application Form for Foreigners), Registration Guide, and Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners to student who is accepted. The admitted student should bring the ordinary Passport, Admission Notice, Form JW202 and other required documents to the Embassy or Consulate of the People's Republic of China to apply for a Student Visa. 

 

4. If student need to apply for the residence permit after registration, with an X1 visa or other type, he/she have to take a physical examination. The two following options can be chosen for him/her : 

1) Before arriving in China, students take the Foreigner Physical Examination Form which is sent with the Admission Notice, to a hospital or clinic. Ask the doctor to make the physical examination and fill up the form, sign and stamp on it. Bring the original copy of this form( including the blood test report) to China, and verify it at the Shaanxi International Travel Health and Care Center to get the verification report. If the report fails, student have to re-examine the failed item there.（Add: Shaanxi International Travel Health and Care Center, 10 North Hanguang Road, 100 meters away from the overpass, Xi’an, Shaanxi, Tel: +8629-85407050，85407051, Working time: 8:30-11:30 am, Monday - Friday)

2). After arriving in China, students take the physical examination at the Shaanxi International Travel Health and Care Center, and get the examination report three days later. 

If student is holding an X2 visa, physical examination is not necessary. 

 

5. Students shall come to IO, Ankang University for enrollment registration during the registration dates indicated on the Admission Notice. Please refer to the “Admission Guide” sent with your Admission notice for the registration. 

 

安康学院留学生入学条件及申请流程

一、入学基本条件

凡身体健康，年龄在18岁以上，60岁以下者均可报名 (年龄在18周岁以下，在陕西省有监护人也可报名) 。

二、入学申请流程 

1. 下载并填写“安康学院外国留学生申请表”， 并按要求提供表内要求的所有材料。

2. 电子版申请材料可通过Email发送至 gjc@aku.edu.cn 或 akugjc@126.com 也可以将申请材料邮寄到以下地址：中国陕西省安康市育才路92号安康学院国际合作与交流处，邮政编码 725000。

3. 收到学生提交资料，学校将统一向被录取的申请者寄发入学通知书、外国留学人员来华签证申请表(简称"JW202"), 安康学院留学生手册及外国人体格检查表，申请人可持上述材料向所在地大使馆提出签证申请。 

4. 体检要求：如果你持有X1签证入学后需要申请居留许可，或者持其他签证申请居留许可的，需要进行体检。 你可以选择如下方式中的任意一种： 

1） 来华前，持入学通知书一同寄出的《外国人体格检查表》到所在国的医院进行体检，填写项目并由医生签字盖章。来华时随身携带检查表原件（含血液检查报告）， 并在陕西国际旅行卫生保健中心进行认证。认证合格后取得体检报告，认证不合格者还需要在陕西国际旅行卫生保健中心重新检查相应项目。（陕西国际旅行卫生保健中心 地址：西安市含光北路10号，南二环含光路立交北侧100米路西 电话：+8629-85407050，85407051）

2） 来华后直接在陕西国际旅行卫生保健中心体检并取得体检报告。来华人员健康证明将作为办理在华居留许可的必备文件之一。

申请人持X2 签证入境则不需要做体检。

5. 留学人员请携带护照、《录取通知书》、JW202表、学历证书或在校学习证明、《外国人体格检查表》和照片8张（二寸、半身、正面免冠），按录取通知书上规定的时间来十博APP国际处报到。
